Hay Girl Products ships within the U.S. only. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250 and select items. Most orders ship within a week, with estimated delivery in 7–10 business days. Some items may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
Tracking info (if available) will be emailed once your order ships. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns or issue refunds if there’s a production error or the item arrives damaged.
