Customizable in every way (up to 13.5 sq. inch), with a small minimum order quantity of 12 pieces. They come ready to hang on your tree, and can be reused every holiday season for years to come! All you have to do is submit a high-resolution file of your logo or image (that you want on the custom item) and we will take care of the rest for you!

Hay Girl Products ships within the U.S. only. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250 and select items. Most orders ship within a week, with estimated delivery in 7–10 business days. Some items may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
Tracking info (if available) will be emailed once your order ships. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns or issue refunds if there’s a production error or the item arrives damaged.
To report an issue, email 📧 haygirlproducts@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the problem. If we are not contacted within that timeframe, we will assume your order was correct.
